Thomas has Tools!

We had a really big crowd on Sunday for ThT! Jon Tomme, Philip, Tighearnan, Ungust, Magnus Drusus, Conchobhar and a new person named named Gwen all came out to work on projects or help others work on theirs.

Tighearnan brought his new bell wedge and we found a way to create the ridge pole he wanted. We also got his high wind lines done. At this point all he needs is steaks and he's set. Next ThT we're going to build him a bed I think.

Drusus has taken over as Lyondemere's Captain of Archers, and brought plans for a combat archery target. I looked it over, it's not complex, but I knew it would take a while to draft up, cut out, and assemble. Thankfully I had Magnus to turn to. Magnus is an accomplished woodworker and he spent most of his day helping Drusus with the target.

Ungust came to help with leather working, which was extra good because Gwen came because she needed help with leathe working. I didn't see much of what they were up to but I gathered it had to do with some new leg armor.

Jon Tomme had it in mind to make some box looms, and he made a very good start on four of them. They look like they're going to be pretty cute when he gets them done.

Philip turned spokes for the great wheel he's building.
